The Colgate University Women’s Lacrosse January Prospect Camp is a 6-hour program that will run from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM on the 7th of January. It is ideal for all high school girls who aspire to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. It will take place at the Sanford Field House on the Colgate University campus. Moreover, this full-day lacrosse camp focuses on developing individual skills for all positions including goalies. It also covers sessions that will improve the participants game strategy understanding. Ultimately, it is an opportunity to train under the supervision of a top Division I women’s lacrosse coaching staff.

Heather Young is the head coach of the Colgate University women’s lacrosse team since February of 2004. The Raiders women’s lacrosse has already 2 Patriot League regular season championships under her leadership. Coach Heather Young is also a 2-time Patriot League Coach of the Year awardee. Additionally, Coach Young is a bachelor’s degree in human development and family relations graduate. Then, the team’s assistant coaches are Katie Rhodes and Laura Bernotas.
