The Babson College Women’s Lacrosse Beavers Senior Camp is inviting any and all girls in the 9th up to 12th-grade. It is a five-day training program that will run from July 23 until July 27. In addition, this lacrosse camp is especially for athletes who are looking to carry their game to the collegiate level. It will be employing Babson College’s women’s lacrosse practice methods and includes small field and full field plays. Moreover, this five-day training program will also discuss NCAA recruiting processes and Babson College admission. The program is open to any and all registrants limited only by age, grade level and/or gender.
Babson College, formerly Babson Institute, is a private, coeducational academic institution is Wellesley, Massachusetts. Its name is in honor of its founder Roger Babson, a notable American economist. It is part of the Three College Collaboration with the Olin College and Wellesley College. Furthermore, Babson College as a whole has an accreditation from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Its business programs have also an accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Currently, the institution is serving around 2,300 undergraduate students. 52 percent of this student population are males while 48 percent are females. Babson College’s enrollment acceptance rate is 25 percent. In sports, Babson College features intercollegiate teams in the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference, a Division III of the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Babson College Women’s Lacrosse Beavers Senior Camp Organizers
Head Coach Michelle Smith is leading the Babson College Beavers women’s lacrosse team. She is now in her sixth year at the helm of the women’s lacrosse program. Under her tutelage, the Beavers has already a New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference Tournament Championship and an NCAA Tournament appearance. Then, the Beavers women’s lacrosse assistant coaches are Cat Dioli and Ellison Sherrill. Both assistant coaches are in their first year with the coaching staff.
