The Ohio State University Buckeyes Women’s Lacrosse Identification Camp is an advanced and high-level lacrosse training program. It is open to all rising grade 8 and up high school girls who are looking to improve and take their game to the college level. The training program will run from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on the 25th of June. Additionally, this lacrosse event is going to take place in the state of the art Ohio Stadium. The training program will include individual skill development sessions, position-specific drills, competitive games, and campus tour. There will also be raffle draws and giveaways. Moreover, this event provides an opportunity to display excellent lacrosse skills in front of the university’s college recruiting staff. Check-in will run fom 8:30 AM until 9:00 AM.

Leading the Ohio State University Buckeyes women’s lacrosse team is Head Coach Alexis Venechanos. Coach Alexis Venechanos, a native of Yorktown, New York, is now in her seventh season at the reins of the Buckeyes women’s lacrosse program. She is a bachelor’s degree in communications graduate from the University of Maryland. In addition, Coach Alexis Venechanos is the recipient of the 2003 Ensign C. Markland Kelly Award. She is also the 2003 Atlantic Coast Conference Tournament Most Valuable Player and a member of the 2003 first team All-Atlantic Coast Conference. Then, the Buckeyes assistant women’s lacrosse coach is Molly Hendrick. Coach Molly Hendrick is an alumna of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a former college women’s lacrosse standout herself. As a matter of fact, she is a two-time All-American and three-time All-ACC honoree as a Tar Heel. Coach Molly Hendrick is also the 2017 Atlantic Coast Conference Attacker of the Year awardee. She is in her first year with the Buckeyes women’s lacrosse coaching staff. And finally, the team’s director of lacrosse operations is Barbara Sullivan. She is an alumna of the University of Notre Dame. A college lacrosse standout herself, Coach Sullivan was an All-ACC First Team member and a two-time All-Big East honoree.
