The Berry College Vikings Women’s Lacrosse Summer Camp is an overnight and extended-day lacrosse camp that will run from the 16th of July until the 19th of July. It is inviting all and any girls 9 to 18 years of age who are seeking to play and learn lacrosse in a fun training atmosphere. This lacrosse summer camp is going to take place at the Berry College campus. Furthermore, this training program focuses on the development of the participant’s overall lacrosse skills. There will be position-specific drills and competitive games and scrimmages. The training program will also maintain an 8:1 camper to staff ratio to ensure personalized attention to every attendee. Moreover, the registration fee which includes a reversible Nike practice jersey is $535 for overnight campers and $435 for extended-day campers. Running the event is the Berry College Vikings women’s lacrosse coaching staff.
Berry College is a private, coeducational, liberal arts college in Floyd County, Georgia. It has the largest adjoined campus in the world. Its name is in honor of Martha Berry, the institution’s founder. Additionally, Berry College has a Southern Association of Colleges and Schools accreditation. The undergraduate student population is also through a selective enrollment acceptance rate of 62 percent. In sports, Berry College has 21 men’s and women’s varsity teams. They are known as the Vikings. Their identity colors are blue and silver. Berry College Vikings Women’s Lacrosse Summer Camp Organizers
Brittni Dulaney, a native of Rome, Georgia, is the head coach of the Berry College Vikings women’s lacrosse team since November of 2017. She is a Presbyterian College alumna and a master’s degree in business administration graduate from Shorter University. Coach Brittni Dulaney is the 2017 Gulf South Conference Coach of the Year awardee. She is also the 2011 National Women’s Lacrosse League (NWLL) Coach of the Year awardee. Furthermore, Coach Brittni Dulaney is also a former college lacrosse standout player. In fact, her collegiate lacrosse includes a Most Valuable Offensive Player awards during her sophomore and junior years. She is also a Rookie of the Year awardee, a member of the National Lacrosse Conference All-Tournament Team, and a three-time All-State selection. Coach Brittni Dulaney is the former Shorter University head women’s lacrosse coach. Then, the Berry College Vikings women’s lacrosse assistant coach is Maggie La Vangie. Coach Maggie La Vangie, a native of Fleming Island, Florida, is in her first year with the Vikings coaching staff. She is a bachelor’s in science and a concentration in general biology graduate from Shorter University. Coach Maggie La Vangie was part of the All-Time Gulf South Conference (GSC) All-Tournament Defensive Team during college playing years.
