The Fairfield University Stags Women’s Lacrosse Summer Showcase is open to all female high school lacrosse players in the graduating classes of 2019, 2020, and 2021. This lacrosse showcase provides a venue for top-notch lacrosse players to display their skills in front of the university’s coaching staff. The program will fall on the 28th of June. It is set to run from 10:30 AM until 3:00 PM. Furthermore, this lacrosse summer showcase will take place at the state of the art Conway Field at Rafferty Stadium. It will cover skill development drill, team concepts sessions, live games, college recruiting session, and a question and answer session. The event is open for parent viewing. In addition, check-in starts at 10:30 AM in Walsh Athletic Center. The camp registration fee is $110 per camper.

Fairfield University Stags Women’s Lacrosse Summer Showcase Organizers
The head coach of the Fairfield University Stags women’s lacrosse team since the 2015 season is Laura Field. She is a Princeton University graduate and a former Yale University women’s lacrosse coach. In just three years at the helm of the Stags women’s lacrosse team, Coach Laura Field already led the Stags to a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship. Coach Laura Field is also a former college lacrosse standout. In fact, she is a First Team All-Ivy League honoree and part of the Princeton Tigers 2000 NCAA Championship Game as their goalkeeper. Anne Murray is the Stags women’s lacrosse associate head coach. She is also a Princeton University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in history. Coach Anne Murray had also coaching stints at St. Mary’s, Virginia Tech and Rutgers University. Then, the Stags women’s lacrosse assistant coach is Kara McHugh, a bachelor’s degree in psychology major and a minor in criminal justice graduate from Marist College. Coach Kara McHugh was a three-time All-MAAC honoree during collegiate playing years. She is in her first year with the Stags coaching staff. And finally, the team’s coordinator of operations is Mike Waldvogel. He is the former Stag head women’s lacrosse coach.
