Come and join the Calvin College Knights Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day. It is a full-day event that will run from 10 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 27th of July. This program is going to take place at the beautiful Calvin College campus. The training program is open to all and any grade 10 up junior college male lacrosse players who are aspiring to take their game to the college level. In addition, this high-level and advanced training program provides the perfect venue to showcase exceptional lacrosse skills in front of the college’s men’s lacrosse recruiting staff. It will also run collegiate-like drills and team concepts sessions. The training program also emphasizes individual skills and position-specific skills development. There will also be competitive games and scrimmages and a campus tour. Moreover, the program will introduce the attendees to college recruiting process. The registration cost for this program which includes a Calvin College camp t-shirt is $75 per camper. The participants are required to bring their own lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves mouth guard, cup, arm guards, and shoulder pads.

Calvin College Knights Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day Organizers
Head Coach Dave Hoger is leading the Calvin College Knights men’s lacrosse team. He is now in his second season at the helm of the Knights men’s lacrosse program. Coach Dave Hoger is a bachelor’s degree in mathematics graduate from Eastern University. Additionally, Coach Dave Hoger is the former Frostburg State University men’s lacrosse team’s defensive coordinator. He is also a former assistant coach and a former admissions counselor at Eastern University. Then, the Calvin College Knights men’s lacrosse assistant coaches are Chad Wright, Jason Porte, and Yevgeniy Gevorkyan. The team’s head athletic trainer is Joe Dykstra, a native of Zeeland, Michigan. Joe Dykstra is a bachelor’s degree in athletic training graduate from Hope College. He is also a master’s degree in athletic training and sports management graduate from Western Michigan University. He is with the college’s Sports Medicine Staff since the 2007 season and has been the college’s head athletic trainer since the 2010 season. And finally, the Calvin Knights lacrosse team captains are Ethan Brown, Noah Nedd, and Michael Winkler.
