Davidson College Wildcats Women’s Lacrosse Fall Camp

Join the Davidson College Wildcats Women’s Lacrosse Fall Camp on the 8th of October. It will take place at the Richardson Stadium on the Davidson College campus. It is inviting all girls in grade 8 up to grade 12. Furthermore, this lacrosse training program will run from 8:30 AM until 4:00 PM. It focuses on developing a mature and well-rounded lacrosse player. This one-day lacrosse camp also aims at improving every attendee’s in-game IQ. Additionally, the program provides the participants an insight into how it is like to train and play at the collegiate level.

Davidson College is a private institution in Davidson, North Carolina. It is a liberal arts college with a historic 665-acre main campus. It also has a 110-acre lake campus on Lake Norman. Currently, the Davidson College has a total undergraduate enrollment of 1,796. The gender distribution is 51 percent male students and 49 percent female students. And the student-faculty ratio is 10:1. Moreover, there are more than 200 student organizations on campus students can join. They can also take advantage of the school’s available study abroad programs.  Davidson’s sports teams are the Wildcats. Their official colors are black and red. The Wildcats field in about 20 NCAA Division I teams. They are participating in the Atlantic 10 Conference. In the National Liberal Arts Colleges 2018 ranking, Davidson College is at number 10.

 

Davidson College Wildcats Women’s Lacrosse Fall Camp Organizers

Leading the Davidson College women’s lacrosse team is Head Coach Kim Wayne, a native of Scarsdale, New York. The 2018 season will mark her 10th year at the helm of the Davidson’s women’s lacrosse program. Coach Wayne is the 2013 Big South Coach of the Year awardee. She is also a master’s in kinesiology with a concentration in sports management graduate from James Madison University. Then, the Wildcats women’s lacrosse assistant coach is Lily Carpenter. Emily Cooke is the team’s volunteer assistant coach. Chase Landers is the assistant athletic trainer. And finally, Chad Emmons is the assistant strength and conditioning coach.
