Duke University Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day Camp

Join the Duke University Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day Camp on the 26th of July at the Cohan Fields. It is open to all 2020 high school graduating boys who intend to play lacrosse at the college level. It is set to run from 8:00 AM until 4:15 PM. In addition, this training program will immerse the participants in the training routines that the Duke University men’s lacrosse team is using. It includes discussions regarding academic and athletic preparations. The program will also tackle leadership skills development. Furthermore, this event is for the attack, midfield, defense, and goal playing positions.

Duke University, originally Brown School, is a private, coeducational, research university in Durham, North Carolina. It is a member of the Consortium on Financing Higher Education. The university is also part of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities and the Association of American Universities. Moreover, Duke University as a whole has an accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is one of the nation’s top performing academic institution. In fact, Duke University is 8th in the 2017 Forbes Magazine’s List of America’s Best Colleges. It is also 9th in National Universities U.S. News and World Report 2018 edition of Best Colleges rankings. Additionally, the university athletics teams are competing in the Atlantic Coast Conference of the National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I. They are the Blue Devils and their identity colors are blue and white.

 

Duke University Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day Camp Organizers

Leading the Duke University men’s lacrosse team since July of 2006 is head coach John Danowski. Since then, the Blue Devils men’s lacrosse has already 7 Atlantic Coast Conference regular-season titles, 4 four Atlantic Coast Conference tournament titles, and 3 NCAA Championships. Correspondingly, Coach John Danowski is the 2013 ESPY Coach of the Year. He is also a 3-time Atlantic Coast Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the Blue Devils assistant coaches are Ron Caputo and Matt Danowski. Finally, completing the coaching staff is Ned Crotty, the volunteer assistant coach.
