The Grand Valley State University Lakers Men’s Club Lacrosse Camp is open to all boys in grade 4 up to grade 8 who are looking to develop their lacrosse skills in a fun training environment. It is a one-day training program that will run from 11:30 AM until 2:00 PM on the 30th of December. The venue is going to be at the leading-edge Kelly Family Sports Center which is on the Grand Valley State University campus. Furthermore, this lacrosse training program will cover fundamental skills development drills and games. All the instructions will be in accordance with the participant’s age and skill level. The event is also requiring all the attendees to bring their own lacrosse gears and equipment. In addition, this lacrosse training program is going to be under the direction of the Grand Valley State University Lakers Men’s Club Lacrosse coaching staff and current players.

Grand Valley State University Lakers Men’s Club Lacrosse Camp Organizers
The head coach of the Grand Valley State University Lakers men’s lacrosse club is Tim Murray, a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is now in his eighth season at the helm of the Lakers men’s lacrosse club. Coach Tim Murray is a bachelor’s degree in journalism graduate from Butler University. He is at the same time the co-founder and director of operations of Heat Lacrosse. Before his coaching stint with Grand Valley State University Lakers, Coach Tim Murray was coaching the Rockford High School lacrosse varsity team. Last season, Coach Tim Murray led the Grand Valley State University Lakers men’s lacrosse team to the Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association Final Four. Then, the Lakers men’s lacrosse assistant coaches are Elliot Nichols, Pat Cain, Stephen Treppa, and Peter Treppa. Coach Nichols is in his fourth season with the coaching staff. Coach Cain is in his fifth season with the coaching staff. Finally, Coach Stephen Treppa and Coach Peter Treppa are on their third and second season with the coaching staff, respectively.
