Hamline University Women’s Lacrosse Prospect​ ​Day Camp

The Hamline University Women’s Lacrosse Prospect Day Camp is a full-day event that is ideal for players who have the commitment to play lacrosse at the collegiate level. It includes recruiting processes discussion and a question and answer session with the university’s lacrosse coaching staff. Additionally, this event is requiring every participant to bring their own equipment and gears. The program will be on the 6th of January. It will run from 11 o’clock in the morning until 7 o’clock in the afternoon. It is going to take place on the Hamline University campus. Furthermore, the training program will be under the direction of the Hamline University women’s lacrosse coaching staff.

Hamline University is a private, coeducational, liberal arts college in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It is the oldest university in the state of Minnesota. Its founder is Leonidas Lent Hamline, an illustrious United Methodist Church Bishop, and lawyer. The university comprises 4 colleges which are the College of Liberal Arts, the School of Education, the School of Business, and the Creative Writing Programs. Moreover, Hamline University is offering more than 50 areas of study. It currently accommodates around 2,100 undergraduate students and around 2,800 postgraduate students. In the 2018 edition of Best Colleges rankings, Hamline University is a top 16 in Regional Universities Midwest. It is also top 17 in the Best Value Schools category. In athletics, the university fields 20 intercollegiate sports teams in the NCAA Division III, Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The athletes compete as the Pipers. Their identity colors are gray and burgundy.


Hamline University Women’s Lacrosse Prospect Day Camp Organizers

The head coach of the Hamline University Pipers women’s lacrosse team since its inauguration is Karen Heggernes. She is the 2017 Midwest Women’s Lacrosse Conference Coach of the Year awardee. In addition, Head Coach Karen Heggernes is an alumna of the University of Minnesota. Then, the Pipers women’s lacrosse assistant coaches are Maureen Sanderson, Schuyler Sanderson, Anna Baeth, Ali Crofts, and Emma Claire Fontenot.
