Ohio Wesleyan University Battling Bishops Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day

Come and join the Ohio Wesleyan University Battling Bishops Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day. It is a six-hour program from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM that will fall on the 9th of June. This lacrosse summer prospect day camp is inviting all male lacrosse players 14 to 18 years of age who are aspiring to play at the college level. It is going to take place at the leading-edge Selby Field which is on the Ohio Wesleyan University campus. Furthermore, the training program includes a question and answer session with the university’s men’s lacrosse coaching staff and current players. There will also be a campus tour and a college recruiting seminar. Moreover, aside from providing a venue to showcase lacrosse skills, this event also aims at refining the participants playing abilities.

Ohio Wesleyan University is a private, coeducational, liberal arts university in Delaware, Ohio. It is known for its Convocation ceremony that is held every start of a school year. It is a member of the Five Colleges of Ohio. The other 4 members are the Denison University, the Kenyon College, the Oberlin College, and the College of Wooster. Ohio Wesleyan University Battling Bishops Men’s Lacrosse Prospect Day Organizers

Head Coach Mike Plantholt, a native of Cockeysville, Maryland, is leading the Ohio Wesleyan University Battling Bishops men’s lacrosse team. He is now entering his eighth season at the helm of the university’s men’s lacrosse program. Coach Mike Plantholt is a bachelor’s degree in psychology graduate from Gettysburg College. He is also a master’s degree in business administration graduate from Mount St. Mary’s University. Ultimate, Coach Mike Plantholt is a two-time North Coast Athletic Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the Battling Bishops assistant men’s lacrosse coaches are Mike Delia, Scott Singer, and Rodney Tapp. Coach Mike Delia, a native of Shoreham, New York, is now in his second season with the coaching staff. He is a bachelor’s degree in physical education and a master’s degree in advanced level coaching graduate from Springfield College. Coach Scott Singer who hails from Providence, Rhode Island, is in his first year in the assistant coaching position. He is a bachelor’s degree in business administration/sports management graduate from Columbia Southern University. Coach Scott Singer is also a master’s degree in sport management/sport leadership graduate from Lasell College. Finally, Coach Rodney Tapp, a native of St. Catharines, Ontario, is a Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Famer.
