University of Richmond Women’s Lacrosse Fall Camp

Join the University of Richmond Women’s Lacrosse Fall Camp on September 9 and 10. It will take place at the University of Richmond’s state-of-the-art Robins Stadium. It is inviting all girls in grade 7 up to grade 12 who are passionate about improving their game. Furthermore, this event aims at providing the participants a college level training program that will develop their dodging and shooting techniques. It will also have sessions that will cover offensive and defensive tactics. Overall, this training program will be both physically demanding and rewarding. Goalies will also have their special sessions in place.

The University of Richmond is a private, coeducational,  nonsectarian, liberal arts university in Richmond, Virginia. It is a member of the Southeastern Universities Research Association. The university is also part of the Council of Independent Colleges. Moreover, the University of Richmond as a whole has an accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is offering more than 60 undergraduate majors. Currently, the university is serving around 3,000 undergraduate students. This undergraduate student population has a 48 percent male and 52 percent female students gender distribution. The university is also serving around 900 postgraduate students. Ultimately, the University of Richmond is 23rd in National Liberal Arts Colleges, 2018 edition of the US News and World Reports’ Best Colleges rankings. In sports, the University of Richmond is competing in the Atlantic 10 Conference of NCAA Division I as the Spiders.

 

University of Richmond Women’s Lacrosse Fall Camp Organizers

Allison Kwolek, a native of Annandale, Virginia, is the head coach of the University of Richmond Spiders women’s lacrosse team since December of 2013. She is a Lacrosse Hall of Fame, Potomac Chapter inductee. Additionally, Coach Kwolek is the former Dartmouth College and Columbia University assistant coach. She is a master’s degree in sports management graduate from Columbia University. Then, the Spiders women’s lacrosse assistant coaches are Anne Harrington and Jenna Slowey. Both Coach Harrington and Coach Slowey joined the Spiders women’s lacrosse coaching staff in 2016.
